TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL GUIDELINES
🧸 I have the right to refuse or turn down a client and/or commission.
🧸 I will only entertain patient clients.
🧸 Updates on commissions are as follows: sketch, lineart, color base and finished piece.
🧸 The updates of your commission will not be delivered unless half payment has been received.
🧸 Prices may change depending on the complexity of the client’s commission.
🧸 No refund policy: There will be no refunding once the client and the artist have already agreed to start the commission. To avoid any setbacks, please be sure before placing your order.
🧸 You may send in a message if you want any updates of the drawing or you can view the queue list for progress.
🧸 For all major revisions, please state them once the artist has submitted the initial sketch. (I can only allow 3 major revisions on the sketch stage, any more will have additional charges.)
🧸 Minor revisions are allowed for the color base stage. No revisions allowed during color finalizing.
🧸 3 free revisions only, any more revisions will have additional payment
🧸 The commission files will be delivered via google drive.COPYRIGHT POLICY
🧸 I have rights to my artworks including commissioned works.
🧸 I have the right to post the commissions on my social media for advertising and use them as part of my portfolio. I will, however, not post certain pieces publicly upon client’s request.
🧸 The client/commissioner may repost the commission to their own website/social media, but should always credit or link back to the artist.
🧸 THE COMMISSIONED ART IS FOR PERSONAL, NON-PROFITABLE USE ONLY. Commercial Use orders will be up for discussion as I am still looking into giving proper rates.As the client, you are allowed to:
- Print the commissioned work for your personal use.
- Use my work any way you like as long as it does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.You are NOT allowed to:
- Color my sketches or lineart.
- Paint over/alter my work.
- Remove my signature or watermark.
- Claim my work as yours.
